| Plaque Notes | As mentioned before, I began to discover a phage that created spread out clear spots that were very small. As isolation proceeded, the plaques became more concentrated and somehow created larger clear spots. After obtaining what looked like different phages on a single plaque, I performed serial dilutions of each plaque I thought was unique and used one webbed plate I obtained from one of the phages.
