| Discovery Notes | Sewage influent. The isolation temperature was initially 30 C, but plaques took 72-120 hours to appear. When we moved to the 37 C temperature, the plaques appeared within 48 hours, so we continued to isolate/incubate at 37 C for the sake of time. |
| Naming Notes | The name comes from the hit movie Kicking and Screaming starring Will Ferrell and NFL Hall of Fame coach Mike Ditka. This movie was influential in our childhoods so we call our phage Juicebox to commemorate our separate but similar pasts. |
