| Discovery Notes | About five feet away and up a slop from Story Run, a rocky, polluted creek. Soil collected from in between roots, near the base of a tree about a foot in diameter. Soil was relatively moist with a few small rocks. It found at 84 F and it was 2:55 pm ET |
| Naming Notes | My phage had difficult and unique morphologies, so a used a (rude) Chinese word, "e jie." I then tacked on my sister's Chinese name because she wanted to, which is "mei xi." So it was "e jie mei xi," which I abbreviated to "EJMX," which became the name "Ejimix." |

| Plaque Notes | My phage actually had two morphologies, but I ran extensive generations of dilutions to prove it was one phage. There was small form of the plaque, which were about a millimeter in diameter. The large form was about 4 mm in diameter. Generally, the small plaques resulted from a high-concentrated plate, and the large plaques from low concentrations, but on low concentrations there were generally small plaques as well. When the plaques were large enough to tell, there was a cloudy ring around a clear inner circle. |
