The sample was collected at a depth of 1-8cm containing dirt as well as yellow and green plant matter and was moist. The sample location was approximately 1.5m away from a flowing irrigation ditch. The outside temperature at the time of collection was 25°C. The sample was collected by Douglas B. Madlock, with his daughter Olea assisting.
