| Discovery Notes | I collected this sample from a garden bed outside of Scaife Hall at the University of Pittsburgh. The soil was moist, soft, and easy to collect. The weather conditions at the time of collection were 12°C, overcast, and not windy at all. The weather conditions in the last 24 hours were light showers with a high of 4°C and a low of -3°C. Sample was transported for 30 minutes prior to storage and stored for 1 hour in a desk drawer at 70°C. |
