| Discovery Notes | The soil was dug on September 20th, 2022 at 9:27 pm. The sample was collected from the base of a plant in the shade, in samp soil that was dug 2-3 inches deep. the general location was Upper Darby Philadelphia.
the soil collection, direct and enriched isolation, initial plaque assay, and spot test was completed by Rafef Elsaid.
The phage was then adopted by lab partners, Juliana Buccieri and Ariannah Lowe who began working with the phage at the purification stage. |
