ClusterN
Subcluster--
Cluster Life CycleTemperate
Lysogeny NotesThere were some problems in calculating the lysate. I went through a bunch of spot tests and 10 plate/ single plate flooding processes. They were all relatively low in calculation but my DNA calculation was a good number. I stuck with my initial 10 plate lysate which had a concentration of 1.0x10^8 mL.
