Plaque NotesVarying size morphology, varies from 1mm-2mm. Plaque formation seems concentration-dependent. The lower dilutions (with higher concentrations of phage) had fewer (and cloudier) plaques compared to the higher dilutions (with lower concentrations of phages when plating). Cloudy halo around perimeter of plaques.
