Discovery NotesSheila Gustafson found the soil sample in her backyard located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The soil was very dark brown in color, very moist (almost like clay), and had small clumps of wood in it (likely mulch).
Naming NotesWas looking through other phage names and thought one of them was gross, so Yucky was born.
