| Lysogeny Notes | Seems to form lysogen in S. coelicolor.... Despite trying I was unable to isolate it: the lysogenic behaviour disappeared as soon as the bacteria was sporulated.
Achieves full infection in S. avermitilis and S. venezuelae but appears extremely lytic in these two (very clear plaques). No attempt to purify a lysogen has been made in these species. |
