| Discovery Notes | The temperature was around 17 degrees Celsius on the date of discovery 8-31-2020. The soil was dug 2 cm deep and 15 mL of soil was collected. It was found next to a tree and beside a building. The day prior was stormy weather making the soil mud-like. |
| Naming Notes | Named after my dog who recently passed before starting the SEA PHAGES program. He passed in an unfortunate circumstance and his name was Nitro. To honor him, I am naming my phage after him. |
