Discovery NotesI discovered my phage outside of the Chevron Science Center at the University of Pittsburgh on August 27, 2018. The soil was collected from a cement planter that was located in semi-shade and it was 87 degrees Fahrenheit at time of collection.
Naming NotesTeal happens to be one of my favorite colors so it only seemed appropriate to name my phage after a color that makes me happy, as my phage does when I see all the work I put in to find it and purify it.
