| Discovery Notes | Found in soil outside of Litchfield Towers Residence Halls at the University of Pittsburgh in a flower bed. Soil was kept in a plastic Zip-Lock bag for 20 minutes prior to being used for a direct plate. Soil was moist, fluffy, and fertile. Weather was warm (20-24 degrees Celsius) and humid. |
