Discovery Notes | Soil collected at the SJU underpass construction site. The hole the soil came from was very deep, as it was dug with an excavator. The soil was very dry and dusty. A concrete underpass now lies over the site where we collected the soil. |
Naming Notes | Since the soil sample that our phage came from was found where the new Saint Joe's underpass was being built, we named it after that. |
