Plaque Notes | Despite undergoing 5+ rounds of serial dilution purification, Daikon exhibits two distinct different plaque types: clear and turbid. In each purification round, an isolated turbid, "halo", plaque was chosen for further use, but in subsequent plates, clear plaques still appeared. |
