| Plaque Notes | Large plaques (~4.5-5mm diameter) develop after 2 days overnight incubation at 37 deg. celsius with a uniform circular morphology, and distinct halos. Halos only form after 2 days of incubation. After 1 overnight incubation at 37 deg. celsius, plaques are small ~1-2mm diameter and halos are absent. Plaques did not form after 3 days incubation at room temperature (at the time ~20 deg. celsius). |
