Plaque NotesAfter 24hrs of incubation at 37C, small clear plaques of ~ 0.5mm in diameter are formed. When left at room temperature for an additional 4 days, plaques are ~ 2mm in diameter, remain clear, but develop a halo that appears more dense than the surrounding bacteria. See attached image.
