| Discovery Notes | Phage Phox was isolated from dry soil collected at a depth of 4cm on 10/2/16 by David Parra. Air temp at time of collection was 18C. Phox was isolated by Direct plating at 35C.
Characterization was perform by Team Plaque Hole (David Parra, Christopher Hsu, Quan Le, Karen Lam) and Team Phage and Phurious (Gregory Rosenberg, Lifan Jin, Jonathan Hwang, Daniel Shen)
Phage Phox was annotated by Team Plaque Hole, Team Phage and Phurious, Team Phaged and Confused (Alexis Doherty, Alexis Dowiak, Regis Fallon, Joshua Green), and Team Phage-A Vu (Marco Aquinde, Jennifer Bergsma, Thuytien Duong, Catherine Le).
