| Naming Notes | Annyong is a repeated joke from the comedy TV show, Arrested Development. The joke lies in the fact that an adopted Korean child, whose real name is He-lo, cannot speak any English, therefore when people say hello to him, he repeats the Korean word for hello, annyong, thus his adopted family thinks his name is Annyong. |
| Plaque Notes | The phage presents its plaques in many stages of growth at one time. There are usually a range of sizes of plaques from pinprick (about 1mm), to 2.5mm, to 5mm. After 24 hours there are usually plaques of 1mm (pinprick), 2mm, and 3mm. After 48 hours, some of the 3mm plaques from the previous day will have grown into 5mm plaques. There will also be plaques of 2mm and 3mm as well as very few pinprick plagues. After 72 hours, there will be many 5mm plaques, some 3mm plaques, and fewer 2mm and pinprick plaques.
