Discovery NotesAt the EM, either my titer was too low, or my phage just are not that present in the samples; the most I got in a picture was 3, but only one time. The ten plate lysate titer was 1.57x10^9
Naming NotesWhen at the EM, the professor helping thought it would be cute to name them the "LilTurds" since they are very turbid and hard to see, and have been a pain all semester. I chose "LilTurb" as a play off of LilTurds since they are TURBid plaques.

Plaque NotesWhen working with this phage, the plaques were extremely turbid and very hard to see. When doing the purifications, it was very tricky to make sure that I got one single plaque since they were very hard to see and medium sized.
