Plaque Notes | Plaques grow much larger the less crowded they are. I have seen them be tiny almost pinpricks on a relatively concentrated dilution plate and then grow larger as the dilution falls and plaques grow less plentiful. I have seen then get to around roughly 2 cm in diameter. |
