Discovery NotesThe sample was collected outside of our dining hall in Providence, RI around 2:00 pm. The weather was 80 degree Fahrenheit (26.6 degrees Celsius) on a mostly cloudy but humid day. The soil was collected in a garden of clumpy rich soil under a layer of mulch.
Naming NotesI wanted to show my appreciation to my family by using an iteration of our shared nickname, "The Greene Monster." We came up with it because we’re all die-hard Red Sox fans and bond over our love for baseball.
