| Plaque Notes | After initial enrichment, the plaque was about 3-4.5 mm in diameter with a turbid outer ring. During early stages of purification however, the phage was only 1-2 mm in diameter with no signs of lysogeny and was extremely clear. Plaque morphology returned to early stages of enrichment during lysates and harvesting. |
