Discovery NotesPhage has a high titer and is capable of forming lysogens.

Phage has a high concentration of DNA with my first elution having a concentration of 382.9 ng/ul while my second elution had an concentration of 106.2 ng/ul.

Phage appears to have a siphoviridae morphology type, and has potential for having "sticky heads" but this rarely appears within phage population. Phages tail is also quite flexible with many of them having a ben in the tail while viewing sample. Phage has an average length(capsid diameter + tail length) of 255.5354 nm ± 187.71596124 nm.
Naming NotesWas named after the flower calla lily. It is one of my mother's favorite flowers and one of its meanings is resurrection and rebirth. With this meaning, I hope that phage and phage therapies developed from our research will help many find a rebirth and resurrection within their health and find themselves not departing from us as soon as before.
