Plaque NotesPlaques were circular and turbid when grown at 32ºC. Over time, they grew larger in diameter, and as the plaques grew, the edges became more defined, and a more turbid center developed. Plaque size growth over time was observed consistently, and new plaques would also continue to form and develop as time passed.
When incubated at 42℃, no plaques grew.
