Plaque NotesThe diameter of my plaque ranges from 2 mm to almost 4 mm, depending on how long it incubates and how high the concentration of plaques is. The longer it grows, the larger the plaque. For example, after incubating 48 hours, the average plaque size of 20 plaques was 3.7 mm. Also, the higher the concentration of plaques, the smaller the diameter.

The plaque is circular and clear.
