| Discovery Notes | Through working with this phage I discovered that this phage was a huge nuisance. The purification process took 6 rounds to get 3 pure plaque plates. During the purification process we found that the plaque had a clear plaque mutant, which was the reason for the confusion during the purification process. Even though the phage was was difficult, it did lead to interesting results. The gel taken was very fascinating, and the EM pictures were interesting as well. |
